Writing Update
I was driving last night coming from a movie theater when something struck my head. The year is about to end in less than a month and I have been thinking of the things that I should start doing or probably change by next year. Cruising through the freeway, I just thought of restarting blogging (again) after numerous attempts before.
One of the challenges that I had before was the content of the things that I am going to write. Content that's worth creating without taxing too much on the limited time that I have. Things are not the same as I was blogging before - extra time is a luxury rarely that I get. As priorities grow, writing has to take a backseat.
Then I realize that I have been thrift store jumping the past months - usually when I pass by one after doing some errands or interviews along the way. Books that used to cost more than $10 can be availed for a dollar, or some below $5. Since the past months were a struggle on getting a new project, I indulged myself on getting self-help, leadership, entrepreneurship, productivity, business, and technology related books among others. I would say, find ways to invest on learning, and avoiding tsundoku.
For now, I have roughly close to 50 books. How would I finish them is still something that I don't know but even if it would take a while to complete everything, at least I know I have something to pickup when life gets stale.
Hope I can sustain this writing momentum. Lol!
